Issues with Certiphi Background Check?

I am having an issue with submitting my background check info. I get ll the way to the page where I sign and I finish up that page, yet the sidebar states that I have not filled it out. Is anyone else having this issue?

did you get the date with your signature right? I had problem Like you, then I realized i put 2014 instead of 2015

Happened to me. I called technical support and they reset my account and then it worked. Call them.
