Yup. My disk is bigger than yours. Go post in pic thread. No tumor, infection, or hematoma. Its all disk baby.

I've had about a dozen cauda equina's in my career. One a few years ago had a canal black out in the axials.

I've seen a few cauda equinas, too (not quite 12). That's c3/4, though.

i think this is a disc. could be a z-joint cyst.
