In Florida:

Tell them to head to then nearest strip mall, look for an MRI truck in the parking lot, and confirm by seeing "laser" on sign. Then, seeing there's a strip club next door, a line of patients out the door and tons of el caminos circling the parking lot, locks it in.

Oh wait, that not what they're looking for?
