Kaplan DAT Practice Exam

I took Kaplan's Free practice exam before i finished O-Chem in Feb 05. At that time I didn't study for the DAT that much but i got ok scores:

Bio: 16
GChem: 17
OChem 15

RC 17
QR 25
PT 27

I just want to know how is the free practice exam compare to the real DAT?
I'm in my junior year and will take the DAT at Aug 05.

I finished GChem, O-Chem and taking BioChem. Why 1 year is not enough to study? Plus there is almost 3 months ( June, July, Aug) in the summer for DAT as well. When did you began to prepare for the DAT?
