Kaplan lecture notes

Hello all,
I wanted to know if anyone has used kaplan lecture notes for step 3. I didn't match this year, and want to take step 3 before the next application cycle. I want to kill it, so I'm gonna study pretty hard for it. I have the MTB book but its not very thorough, I want something with more meat.

Would you guys recommend the kaplan notes for someone who has the time and wants to kill the test?

If I recall correctly, weren't the step 3 lecture notes the same exact [word for word] thing as the step 2 notes but presented in a different order?
