I'm very fortunate to have these opportunities but I would like to have some input when making this decision. I'm also not entirely sure how these schools are "rated" relative to each other.
University of Kansas (100% Tuition Covered/105k loans)
Pros
Rush University (Full COA)
Pros
Saint Louis University (Full COA)
Pros
Summary: Out of these I would prefer Rush because I have more connections to Chicago, love the idea of living there for 4 years, and got a great vibe from the students but the cheaper option is definitely University of Kansas where I don't have connections and wasn't as impressed from what I heard from the students (nothing outright negative though).

Saint Louis University (Full COA)

- Students seemed the least enthusiastic about the school out of the 3
- July start date (finishing MS program in June)
