Lack of clinical volunteering

I'm close to the end of third year. So far I haven't done any clinical volunteering. I have one non-clinical volunteer experience from last couple years, and some non-clinical leadership experiences. How badly is this going to screw me? Do I need to scramble to get clinical volunteering? How late is too late to start a volunteer experience before submitting ERAS?

If you have non-clinical volunteering, you should be okay, I'd think. Keep in mind that you can also include significant ECs from undergrad on ERAS - I included volunteering from undergrad as well as a few other things to help round out my application.

You have lots of time. Until September. Do a couple on the weekends. Not a problem at all.
