Lack of Shadowing Hours

Hi! I'm currently a senior and plan to apply this upcoming cycle. I was able to get in ~20-25 hours of shadowing prior to COVID. I was scheduled to participate in a shadowing program at my university Fall of 2020 but of course COVID changed all that. Fast forward to today when I had some shadowing experiences lined up for this winter break and all have been cancelled due to Omicron. I'm very concerned that I won't be able to get in additional shadowing by May/June application. Should I do virtual shadowing to try to fill the gap?
