What's worked out the best for me and has allowed me to keep up with the reading skills of interns and most residents is:

Excellent site for learning the basics: www.learningradiology.com

Do a google search for "Wolf Radiology Files". You can download the powerpoint for free, which is a great review of ortho, chest and abdomen films (very little CT and no MRI, just plain films).

If you want to pay a little, buy Felson's Principles of Chest Roentgenology. Great book. Make sure you get the latest edition, with the CD.

If you want to pay a lot, buy Musculoskeletal Imaging: The Requisites. That book is the best I've found for learning to read MS studies.
