let me know the nbde exam future in 2010

i got to know that there might be pass or fail for nbde and also got to know that they are combining both nbde -1 & 2 into one exam. i even read that foreign dentists are not eligible to write NBDE until they are recommended by dean of pre dental school where the foreign dentist has joined and studying. please let me know....
