Letters from schools regarding to NOT getting an interview

Which schools send out the letters for students who don't get invited?
I heard that many schools tend to not contact them till the end of the application cycle so I just want to see whether I will be able to know bad news a bit earlier or not.

I personally know that Nova mails out rejection letters

I've heard that if you are in the inbtween scores - they'll wait and see how there class is shaping up. Then if they need more students, theyll send out more interview invites (which they cant do if theyve rejected you)

MWU gives out "waitlisted for interview" emails and rejection emails/letters.
