License transfer to VA

I need to transfer License to VA. Can anyone recommend any good study guide info to take the VA law. I am not a good test taker. Please help. Thanks.

Study the material that the board sent to you.
The book by Alexis Long is decent for clarifying some murky points, but not absolutely necessary if you can't get your hands on it.
