has anyone dealt with texas bop's enforcement unit?

i have an arrest on my record for a violation/infarction (NOT a misdemeanor or felony in the state i was arrested in) but was dismissed, and when i called the tx bop they said my application was sent to the enforcement unit.

anyone have experience with this? does it really take them 90 days to get through applications in the enforcement like it says on their website?
