many dreams in sleep, I am Sick?

I am a office lady and many work everyday.
So I go to sleep very late.
Usually 3 AM I go to sleep.
Sometime My phones often ringing during my sleep.
I am so busy ,have to live....
When I go to sleep many dreams come out.
Sometimes more than 3 ,when I awake I could not remember them at all.
I felt so tired the next day.
Poor Sleep quality is due to my late ?
What's wrong with me I am sick?
