Masters program questions

What a fabulous and fascinating website! I'm actually in the medical device industry, (designing stents, as well as other interventional devices) so am neither a clinician, researcher, or student. (I've got a BS in mechanical engineering.) I really love what I do, but I really want to expand my understanding of medical science. In particular, I'd like to explore pathology -- to understand how and why the body reacts to implants under different conditions. I'm also really interested in tissue engineering. The most forward-thinking in industry are making big investments in this area, betting that the next-generation devices will gradually incorporate more biological and fewer manufactured elements. Anyway, I just wanted to extend a few "feelers" out on this forum and ask if anyone knows of any programs that might be suitable, or other resources that would help me to refine my search.
