Matching in Hand and Plastic surgery at the same time

Has anyone ever interviewed for Hand Surgery and Plastic surgery for the same year?? Thinking that hand would be a back-up if they didn't match in plastics....BUT end up matching in Plastics and in Hand??? What do you do then??? How do you withdraw form one of the two, what do you say to the program?? Do programs really report you to the MATCH and if so what can happen since one is the NRMP and the other is San Francisco Match??

Did anyone here match into both plastics and hand this year? I'm looking for a hand position and wondering if anyone had one they were going to give up.
