Hello,
Just wondering as I am applying to MFM for fellowship which of these two career paths is better?
Specifically as it relates to tangible qualities? Are you paid more for the additional training in Medical Genetics? Are you seen as a better candidate to get a job at an Academic Institution with additional training in Medical Genetics? What are the advantages and disadvantages, other than the obvious having to spent 4 years in the combined fellowship vs 3 for the MFM fellowship alone?
