Ideally my sugars will be stable the day of, they usually are, but should I be applying for medical accommodations in the event my sugar drops/spikes during the exam? What's the best way of navigating the MCAT as a type 1 diabetic?

Thanks

I would get ahead of it and apply early and see what is available to you. DM1 is easy to prove and I imagine that there is protocol for DM1 test takers by now.
