mcat and class load

Hi all
I need advice on how many classes to take during mcat time( Spring 06)_

I really want to score 35+ and I am ready to spend the time on it. I am trying to register for classes for spring and I don't know wether to take one, or two science class maybe biochem and microbiology. I like to know from people that took the mcat, how heavy their classes were during mcat and were they able to study for mcat?
Do med schools see taking only one science class as a bad thing?

If you view your MCAT prep (& study accordingly) as another challenging science class, IMHO that would be a good approach.
