I am originally from MD and also licensed in MD even though I am currently doing a residency out of state. First step is to go on the MD BOP website and print out the application for pharmacist licensure. This tells you what you need to do and what documents you need to prepare. MD requires you also take an oral competency exam along with NAPLEX and Law to get licensed. NO worries the test is super easy and recorded. Only takes 10 mins and everyone passes. Your school of Pharmacy will have to certify you completed your intern hours and then they send it to MD BOP. Again that form will be on the pharmacist licensure application.
