Hello
I am an IMG oncologist .I have 3 years of clinical experience in medical oncology and now I am pursuing a masters degree in biostatistics in England .I want to work afterwards in USA as a clinical data scientist in a reputable cancer research institute .
I want to know how the combination of MD and biostatistics would help me and if I need to apply for a phd in biostatistics afterwards or a masters is enough(I am currently 28 and I feel it is late to statrt a phd too) so will the masters be enough to find a decent job in biostatitics
thanks in advance

MS in biostats is enough to be a professional - i.e. running the required stats for medical scientists. PhD gets you promoted quicker though
