mechanism of adenosine

I know that adenosine increases K efflux out of cells. According to FA it also decreases Ica (calcium current). I was wondering if this was a direct effect of the potassium channel potentiation or if it was a separate effect of adenosine. anything on the mechanism of K would be much appreciated!
