Hi there, we have a spacious 13.5 x 11, room in Rochester Hills. Located close to many metro Detroit hospitals (more info below), shopping, and freeway access (M-59 & I-75). Home is two-story and 3 bedroom/2.5 bath. The master bedroom is occupied by us - the homeowners. One of us (Victor) is a graduate of Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in CA class of 2008 and a first year family medicine resident at Troy Beaumont and the other (Jessica) is a first year Michigan State University College of Human Medicine (M.D.) student. The other upstairs bedroom is occupied by another roommate (an engineer that is also a MSU alumni.) Other rooms include: large basement with storage space, family room, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and 3 car garage. Many extras to home including: WiFi, satellite TV, large fenced yard with deck, washer/dryer, central a/c, dishwasher, fireplace, and more. Plus as much advice as you'd like from a first year resident in Family Medicine!
House is also home to two dogs (outdoor/indoor) and 1 cat (indoor). Price negotiable, including full house privileges, garbage and sewage, and WiFi. Split utilities (tv, gas, electricity, and water). We will consider leases shorter than 1 year.
We are in Rochester Hills directly off of Crooks road between South blvd (south of us) and Auburn blvd (north of us). This location easily places us close to many hospitals in the Michigan State University - Statewide Campus System in order of approximate proximity (with yahoo maps distance and time in parenthesis)
