MHA or MBA

I am an IMG and having hard time getting into residency. I am now considering to change careers into hospital administration. I was wondering is it okay if I just do MHA since its specifically healthcare related or should I do MBA with concentration in health management? Also I want to do administration fellowship which some hospital offer so this way I would get good real life experience and hopefully land a good job
