Can I fill a tramadol RX for a servicemember written by a military physician at my civilian pharmacy? The physician had no dea#. Also, how would I bill his insurance without the DEA?
It did come from the clinic (not a friend or moonlighting situation).
Also, don't controls have to be hand written in military clinics?
