How are hispanics (cubans specifically) who are not underrepresented minorities treated... are they treated differently or are they not considered minorities anymore?
How would you be able to tell? I am Cuban, no one really treats me differently. I got rejected at a lot of schools and in to a few. The questions it seems would have to be answered by someone on an ad com. But I guess it can be debated.

they're not considered population minorities but they are considered underrepresented minorities in the medical field. two diff things. hispanics now outnumber african americans in the US.
