moving to america?

hi, im new to this so i dont really no how it works but i would like to ask a question. at the moment i am first year psychology student in northern ireland and my course is registered by BPS, however i would like to move to america in a few years and was curious as to whether this is possible. would i need to do my postgrad in an american university or is that even an option? thanks

In order to visualize future it would be really nice if you can define your goals clearly and then may be researching for knowing the rules of diff universities seeming suitable for you.
