Pls i'll like to find out good but affordable schools for an MPH degree in the US. Also which schools are freindly to international students from Africa.
Depends what you mean by "affordable." Private schools are not cheap. And, as a foreign student, if you attend a public school you are going to be paying "out of state" prices, which are pretty comparable with public schools. Depending on you skin color, language, grades, or research experience, you may be able to get diversity grants or scholarships.
