MR ultrasound focused surgery

Hi

Does anybody know what's the prospects of MR ultrasound surgery prospects are. I have seen even fellowship programs admitting physicians with different backgrounds (not only radiologists). Is this any serious? Is there any Board or any type of credentialing for that specialty? Any information is appreciated. thanks
