Received my MSPE today and realized there was a mistake-- said I honored one of my rotations when I did not. Obviously, it will show up on my transcript as a discrepancy. What to do?

Write to your dean or whoever is in charge of the MSPEs at the school to change it.

Agree with writing to correct it. This is your final test. Today you honor honesty

I think the discrepancy on the transcript vs MSPE would make you look dishonest, right?

Highly doubt that they would think you were being intentionally dishonest, since you have no control over your transcript or MSPE. But probably better to email your dean to get it corrected.

I'm surprised you don't have deans or some people go over mspes with you guys.

But yes go talk to the admin and if anyone asks during interviews (if it's not changed), explain what happened. It ain't your fault. I don't know why you'd get blamed either because med students don't write the dean's letters...
