I tried looking for info on this book as a source for CK and was not able to find much info, so i figuerd i would give an update for those interested in future
I just finished the infections disease section in MTB INTERNAL MEDICINE. .
The ID section does a really nice job covering Pneumonia, meningitis, TB , endocarditis AIDS .
It's missing some topics on STD and ENT, for example, it does not go into detail about syphilis " primary, secondary, Tertiary " these topics are presented well in MTB ck and MTB 3
My Opnion so far is great , it's a great supplement to MTB CK or MTB 3 .. i hoestly think this book can be used as primary internal med source, along with MTB3 for topics that are missing fot IM and other specialties OB peds etc..
I Will keep you guys updated as i go through the whole book .
