2008 Annual Med-Peds Meeting

Check-in and reception will start at 6:30 PM. Meeting scheduled until 10:00 PM

Registration Fee
$20 for members and Medical Students
Non-member residents, membership annual dues are $15 + $20 registration
$30 for Fellows
$50 for Attending Physicians
Cancellation policy. Because of limited seating, NMPRA has a strict cancellation policy for the dinner. If you can not make the dinner meeting, you must notify NMPRA no later than Monday, October 7th by 5 PM Eastern Time, otherwise you will be charged $100 for the full amount of the dinner.
DISCOUNTED HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
For the Copley Square Hotel: Rooms will be available for $299 for single or double rooms. A block of rooms will be held until September 20, 2008; however, the rate may be available after this date on a space-available basis.
The Copley Square Hotel, a historic gem located in the heart of Boston's vibrant Back Bay, has reemerged as an urban chic, four-star boutique hotel, following a recent multi-million dollar renovation. · Contact the Hotel directly by calling toll free at (800) 225-7062. Request the NMPRA 2008 Annual Meeting Room Block.

· Book online at www.copleysquarehotel.com. Click on Reservations. Enter the Group Promotion Code "NMP" and select desired dates.
Guests will have up until 24 hours the day prior by 4 p.m. to cancel their reservation.
AIRFARE DISCOUNTS
Northwest Airlines, our preferred airline for the 2008 NMPRA Annual Meeting, offers discounts of 2-12% off all airfares for travel to Boston. To obtain the discount codes, email [email protected]
