NBME question/answer format

Since you have to click through each section to see what you got wrong on NBME, does that mean you typically see every question just by clicking through the Systems section (so you don't have to bother clicking through the Disciplines section)? Because many questions repeat themselves in both categories..

Was curious about this as well! Guess I could go back and count but that seems pretty annoying.
