Dear Doctors,
I am in my internship in Egypt and now applying for an assessment exam carried through the international council of ophthalmology in UK, as a primitive step to be an ophthalmologist, and they gave me these subjects to study for the exam
1-Anatomy of the eye and the orbit and related structures including enbryology
2-Neuro Anatomy related to ophthalmology
3-General principles of physiology related to the practice of ophthalmology including the principle of genetics
4-Principlesofepidemiology, genetics and statics relatingto ophthalmology
5-Ocular physiology
6-Pharmacology, pathology (including micro-biology) related to ophthalmology
7-Optics
8-Refraction
and they want my References to be

so i searched for these book in my college library and i couldnt find them, and since i paid the fees of the exam and i really need to enter it, also i cant buy these expensive books just for some few subjects thats why i am asking if any one can help me and get these subjects from these books if he has any of them (by scan) and send them to me
