I know these are a lot of questions, don't need to answer all of them.

How do I do a partial fill? A SDL? Exact Steps for Flu Shot and Vaccine

I am also having trouble learning how to solve a few TPRs. Usually someone more experienced corrects it, and I am not able to see what they did later.

1. MI Qualifier
2. Generic Pay Code
3. Mismatched DOB
4. Refill too Soon (say they never picked it up)
5. Plan Limits Exceeded:
  1. I know it varies based on what medication it is, but what is your general though process. Is the first step to check the history and see what day supply and quantity they had dispensed last time?
  2. I was told this can show up if the if the insurance doesn't cover the strength they were prescribed. How can I tell. Would I just have to ask the pharmacist to contact the doctor to get it switched, or do I call the insurance?
