Nuclear Receptor Location (Cytoplasm vs Nucleus)

There has been some conflicting information from the resources I found online regarding the location of nuclear receptors.

Steroid Receptors + T3/T4 (thyroid) are mentioned by FA 2015 as Intracellular - however which goes to the nucleus DIRECTLY vs receptor in cytoplasms then dimerizing and going to nucleus?
