Hi, I am subleting my studio from June to October. The studio is a 5 minute walk from NYU dental school and NYU medical school. Rent is $2311 per month until the end of my contract. If you like to stay, you can takeover the lease starting November. Please message me if you are interested.

$2300 seems to expensive. Doubt you'll get any takers at that price, especially because yes you can find much cheaper in Manhattan. Plus paying $2300 a month for rent on student loan money sounds like a death sentence to me.
