NYU vs. Columbia/Cornell CAP Fellowship

For those who are familiar with CAP fellowships, would you please share your thoughts on these two programs? How do you compare them clinically, academically (research), prestige, resident's workload and happiness, and quality of traning in child psychiatry?

They are both respected, but NYU is possibly the best child program in the country and has stronger reputation in most of those dimensions (except probably research).
