I don't know why I can't see it, can anyone explain to me how this compound is meso?

Assign r and s to each chiral center. If the two centers have same four groups but opposite chirality then it is meso. Or you can rotate groups on the top three prongs clockwise until it looks like the bottom half. If it never looks like the bottom chiral center or vice versa then it can't be meso.
