I read Sermo, some of the posts are duds but every now and again there is something interesting on there. The mobile app is pretty good, although all text for the most part. They have a pathology forum there.
Agreed with Sermo. Hit or miss. Let me give some context...now that I'm away from academia and given the MOC requirements and examination, I'm looking for sites that are educational and interesting. Pathologyblawg certainly has its benefits for keeping up to date with the practice of pathology, and sure USCAP, CAP and ASCP have CME/SAMs modules, but there isn't a great amount of organized information about advances in the field out there. It's all scattered in journals, courses, professional societies, etc.
Another site that popped up for dermpath: http://www.derm-oid.com/
*I know there is a sticky for websites, but it's really really old*
