PGY-2 opening available in Obstetrics & Gynecology beginning July 1, 2014. Eligible candidates must have completed a PGY 1 year in an ACGME accredited Ob/Gyn resident program. Candidates must be in good standing within their current program. The following information is required for consideration: 1) Cover letter including reason for leaving current program. 2) Current CV 3)ERAS application, including MSPE and final transcript. 4)Copy of medical school diploma. 5) USMLE Step 1, 2, and 3 score reports. 6)CREOG scores for PGY 1 year. 7) 3 recent (within previous 12 months) letters of recommendations, including two from current attending physicians at your program and one from the program director. 8) Summary of ACGME operative experience to date. 9)Summative competency-based performance evaluations. Email only completed applications to Angel Page-Rivers at [email protected] Incomplete and applicants with no prior ACGME ob/gyn residency experience will not be considered.
