what do you think....Is it more likely to get into a d. school in the state where you reside or it's more likely to get into a d. school out of state? I know there are available stats everywhere to answer this question but what you read in a book is not ALWAYS true. So I would like to hear your opinions.....what do you guys think?
Could tuition also a factor in the schools selection process?

residency is a HUGE factor!

You have a better shot at your state school. It is often required by law that the school take so many in-state students before they consider out-of-staters.
Tuition is not a factor. Instate students pay less becuz they pay state taxes.
