Optimal settings for pulsed pudendal RFA?

Non-neurotherm machine. What do folks recommend for temp and time? I see 42 degrees for varying time published but no definitive study.

Temp means nothing. Settings are as follows. 42deg temp limit 45V 20ms pulse width 2 Hz 600 seconds. Paper from masala et al can be reviewed.
