Optomcas shadowing

Hello,
Im applying to optometry school this year, but am having some trouble on Optomcas. Does anyone know how to put in your shadowing hours if you shadowed for just one day? Do I put the average hours, then put one week? Thanks

That's what I put down. For example, I shadowed one optometrist for 4 hours one day so I just typed in 4 hrs and 1 week
