Moda Health Plans is one of the largest insurers in the state and is exposed to Obama-Care products and Medicaid patients. They also have the contract for all the State's public employees. Conveniently, just a few months ago, the State's public medical school purchased an interest in the private, for profit, Health Plan (read: bailout). This is second health plan to fail in the state within 12 months.
"If you like your doctor, you can keep him." Well, provided they accept your "insurance"...
