OT: If you were shopping for an OB, what would you ask?

Knowing what you know about OBGYN, if you were interviewing OBs (say you were pregnant), what would you ask them? You can get as technical as you want. What qualities would you like in an OB (beyond compassion, etc)? We often hear people asking questions such as, "What is your episiotomy rate?". Lets go beyond that.
