Out Of Print Text

Is anyone familiar with a family medicine textbook that is currently out of print by Schwartz? Several have mentioned that it is an excellent source for Step 3. And if so, where can it be purchased? I've already checked Amazon and googled used book sources.

Any other suggetions?

No takers, eh? The only reason I asked, was it was pointed out to me that this particular text, albeit not old, is so in sync with Step 3. I just thought to check it out.
