pain private forum issues

I've gotten several PMs from users having difficulty accessing the private forum since the upgrade. The admins are working on this issue and as soon as I get an update I will respond to you all and try to restore access. Looks like it is only affecting a portion of the users...

The instructions for joining the private forum seem outdated with the website refresh.

I don't even see access to the private practice forum anymore - is there another way to access this?

I'm having the same problem as well. Hopefully gets resolved shortly.
