Hey guys,
Don't know if this question specifically has been asked before.
I'm in the second semester of a bio lab that I'm thinking of opting out into Pass/no credit. The reason is b/c attendance is obviously mandatory and I've already missed 2 labs. This is due to my brother's condition getting worse (he is disabled) and me having to miss class b/c my parent's are at work all day.
I do plan on retaking it in the summer, but if I keep it now, I'll end up with a B or worse. I have a 3.90 GPA.
Would med schools frown upon the idea of pass/no crediting a required bio lab course even though I'll be retaking it, and can potentially do well in?
Thanks!
