Anyone have any recommendations for a pathophysiology book appropriate for our level? All I can seem to find are undergrad and nursing level books. I have Big and Little Robbins and Harrison's, but am looking for something that is more into the physiology of what goes wrong in disease states.

You've probably already found a good one by now, but in case future SDNers are interested I think Stephen McPhee's Pathophysiology of Disease is pretty good for our level as med students.
